The BEST BLT Dip
Sometimes I get REALLY enthusiastic over things. Like ridiculously so. It’s sort of embarrassing. Maybe more for the hubs and the rest of the family than me, but I go all out if my heart is behind it.
For example this cold BLT Dip. I went all out with this. I’m referring to the eating part of this if you are wondering. I quite possibly could have just taken a spoon and ate it. I’m kind of in love with anything BLT and this dip did not disappoint at all.
It’s great for taking to all of those summer BBQs and back yard parties. It’s easily transportable and let’s be honest. It’s all about the appetizers this time of year, well, and the cocktails!
I’m a big fan of dips because they are so versatile. You can easily throw them together before a party and it’s so stress-free.

The directions have nothing to do with the ingredients. I’m sure it is good, but just wanted to let you know so you can fix it.

It was a hit. I was putting it together and thought “Man, this seems like a lot of toppings for not a lot of cream cheese…”, and was worried it would turn out ‘dry-ish’, but I was wrong. And it was delicious!

Hi Julie, I love getting your recipes & wish I could make all of them, but I’m handicapped (& OLD) enough, that I can’t do most of them. I DO try some of the easier ones & since I live alone — I eat them also. Keep up the good work, I’m a FAN! Judy
