Pineapple Fruit Cocktail Drink Recipe ~ A blend of pineapple, apple, and orange juice are the stars of the show with this pineapple fruit cocktail. Served with sliced pear and the optional rum which are also refreshing for the summer!

This pineapple fruit cocktail is extremely easy to make and contains nothing fancy. There is nothing worse than looking at a drink or food recipe and realizing you are missing half the ingredients or they contain something that you know you will never use again. In this case, rum is the only alcohol used, and even then it is optional. Vodka would also work perfectly, but I like rum and pineapple together 🙂 That being said, you can get creative and even add some Malibu rum because we all know how well coconut and pineapple pair!

Ingredients Needed to Make Pineapple Fruit Cocktail Drink!
- Pineapple juice
- Apple juice
- Orange juice
- Lemon juice
- Pear
- Rum
When creating this pineapple fruit cocktail, I had my daughter in mind. Yes, we all need more water in our lives, but nice temperatures means more parties. Kids shouldn’t feel left out! I created the recipe so that when you go to pour the beverage, you add the rum to each cup. However, if no children are involved, feel free to add the rum right away as it chills in the fridge (my cup sure had some!)
Delightfully refreshing, I actually had to stop myself from going back for seconds because this was my kind of girly drink (AKA known as the drink where you can barely taste the alcohol!) Needless to say, I could easily whip up another batch in a matter of minutes, but chilling it does help greatly (especially since we are adding sliced pear for infusion.)
Oh! And being my own handle model proved difficult, let me tell you. #lifeofafoodblogger 😉
Fun fact: I am actually not a pineapple person. Yes, I said it! I don’t hate it by any means. However, if there is a platter of fruit on the table, I am going for the others first. But there is something refreshing and light about pineapple in drinks, and I find myself more often than not indulging in pineapple in liquid form. Maybe because it screams summer!
