Ingredients for Herb Butter
- Butter – I recommend using unsalted butter so that you can control the salt level in this herb butter recipe.
- Salt and black pepper – Bring out the flavor of the herbs, and season the food you use this herb butter on, by adding salt and black pepper into the mix. If all you have on hand is salted butter then you’ll need to reduce the amount of salt that this recipe calls for.
