Easy Strawberry Napoleon ~ Layers of puff pastry with French Vanilla Pudding and Strawberries!

Who else is in love with the new TV chow The Chew? They are fun and hilarious and I get my dose of creativity inspiration with food from them! I would love to have the chance to join them and sample all of their great dishes! Since this won’t be happening I can tune into the Chew for a sneak peak into their kitchen weekdays at 1:00 pm ET five days a week. It’s definitely a party every day with co-hosts Michael Symon, Mario Batali, Clinton Kelly, Carla Hall and Daphne Oz.

The Chew has so many fresh and unique ideas each episode combining ideas on fresh, easy and festive dishes. It always gives me a ton of new ideas on what I can make in my own home. Plus this show is awesome because it combines two of my perfect addictions. Talk shows and Food shows. It’s like the best thing ever. It wrapped it all into one. Now I can die a happy girl.
When asked to come up with a recipe inspired by The Chew I knew it was the Easy Strawberry Napoleon that was inspired by Carla’s Strawberry Napoleon that looks super amazing and like you spent all day slaving over it, but in all reality it really only takes a few minutes to whip up because you know by now that’s how I roll on this blog. Easy, simple but yet delicious.
Now do you see why I adore The Chew? Hilarious and entertaining!
If you want to check out a few more episodes they have them on Hulu and here is one of my favorites!
